哥倫比亞外交部20日宣布驅(qū)逐玻利維亞駐哥倫比亞大使阿列爾·皮門特爾。

Colombia's Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday that it has expelled Ariel Percy Molina Pimentel, charge d'affaires of the Bolivian Embassy in Colombia.

玻利維亞外交部20日發(fā)布公報(bào)，要求哥倫比亞駐玻大使伊麗莎白·加西亞結(jié)束其在玻境內(nèi)履行的外交職務(wù)，限期離境。

The move was taken on a reciprocal basis after Bolivia asked Colombian Ambassador Elizabeth Garcia to leave.

Earlier on the same day, Bolivia requested that Colombian Ambassador Elizabeth Garcia conclude her diplomatic mission following remarks by Colombian President Gustavo Petro on Bolivia's internal unrest, which La Paz described as interference in its domestic affairs.

公報(bào)說，玻國內(nèi)政治和社會(huì)分歧應(yīng)僅在玻憲法框架內(nèi)來解決，不應(yīng)受到外部干預(yù)。該決定并不意味著與哥倫比亞斷絕外交關(guān)系。

The ministry said no official or member of the Colombian government had sought to interfere in Bolivia's internal affairs, reaffirming Colombia's commitment to the principles of sovereign equality, non-intervention, self-determination, peaceful settlement of disputes and respect for territorial integrity.

玻外交部長費(fèi)爾南多·阿拉馬約早些時(shí)候接受媒體采訪時(shí)表示，由于哥倫比亞總統(tǒng)佩特羅持續(xù)就玻局勢發(fā)表聲明，玻政府已宣布加西亞為“不受歡迎的人”。

佩特羅17日在社交媒體發(fā)文稱，“玻利維亞正在經(jīng)歷一場人民起義”，并表示哥政府愿在受邀情況下協(xié)助推動(dòng)“和平解決玻政治危機(jī)”。

近期因經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢惡化和燃料短缺問題加劇，玻利維亞國內(nèi)抗議活動(dòng)持續(xù)升級，示威者通過封鎖道路等方式阻斷食品、燃料等物資運(yùn)輸。
